Obtain a two week serial number

Two week disaster recovery licenses are available at any time to registered ISE customers. They can be used when a server's hardware changes or a license becomes invalid for any reason.

To obtain a two week serial number:

1.Enter the user name and password used to log in to the ISE Support or Registrar License site

2.Click the Obtain two week serial number button.

The server will be automatically licensed using the Internet connection.

Note: The client must have Internet access to perform this update. By default, a customer is allowed three 2 week serial numbers. More can be issued in most circumstances.
