Calendar Access

 

Each calendar can have a set of protection settings to control who can access the information. The access information that can be associated with each job is listed below.

To change the Access to the calendar, Use the dropdowns to select the desired access level and click Apply


 

There are five levels of groups (classes) that can have access to a calendar:

System (UNIX/VMS)

The system and system users (ie system administrator)

Owner

The creater/owner of this calendar

Group (UNIX/VMS)

All members of the owners group

Everyone

All users in the world

 

The protection settings grants access to the system, owner, group and world classes are as follows:
 

Full control(drwe)

Full control to read, write, delete and create connections

Update(wre)

Read, write and submit privileges

Read Only (re)

Read access allowed to the calendar

Connections(e)

Submit, initiate or prerequisite access allowed
