Calendar Access
Each calendar can have a set of protection settings to control who can access the information. The access information that can be associated with each job is listed below.
To change the Access to the calendar, Use the dropdowns to select the desired access level and click Apply.png)
There are five levels of groups (classes) that can have access to a calendar:

The protection settings grants access to the system, owner, group and world classes are as follows:

Full control to read, write, delete and create connections |

Read, write and submit privileges |

Read Only (re) |
Read access allowed to the calendar |

Submit, initiate or prerequisite access allowed |
